You can produce using vacuum clay in press molds. If you prefer to work with chamotte clay, gently place the clay to prevent chamotte particles from damaging the mold. Avoid using a mallet when placing coarse chamotte particles, if possible.
You can also use liquid casting slip in press molds. All our press molds are made from the same mold plaster that we use in our casting molds. Therefore, working with casting slip is also possible.
